ORDERS

How do I cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. We recommend verifying all of your information before proceeding with your order.

It’s our policy that all sales of our watches are considered final, thus we will not accept any returns for monetary value. However, if in the case of a defective product, which is determined by Laurine Watches, you may within thirty-one (31) days from the date of initial sale, exercise a one-time exchange for a product of the same design and style. Any customers that find their products defective upon delivery should contact [email protected]newatches.com to notify us immediately of your request.

Return of items MUST be received by Laurine Watches within thirty-one (31) days from the date of initial sale and shall be returned by traceable and insured courier (i.e. EC-Ship or SF Express). For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

You will be notified via email as to the status of the exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are not be inclusive.

SHIPPING

From where are your products shipped?

Laurine Watches is shipped from Hong Kong. All shoppers have the choice of using EC-Ship (International), and SF Express (Hong Kong only).

Yes, simply select your country during checkout.

Delivery is calculated during checkout.

When your order has left us you will receive an e-mail with a tracking reference from the courier company. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it, as information will not be available immediately. If you have not received this email then please check your junk folder.

 

OUR TIMEPIECES

Is my watch waterproof?

Our watches are water resistant and not waterproof. Our watches will withstand splashes of water from washing your hands or rain but should not be worn while swimming, diving or showering.

How do I know whether my laurine watch is authentic?

The authenticity of the watch is confirmed through the Guarantee card, the serial number and the receipt. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The watch I would like to order says coming soon. When will it release?

We’ll keep you informed when the watches will be launching through our social media platforms. Stay tuned!

How do I care for the leather strap?

To maintain the appearance of your leather strap we recommend limited exposure to direct heat and sunlight, moisture and contact with chemical cleaners.

Is there a warranty?

We provide limited warranty that covers manufacturers defects for (xx) years/month after the original purchase date. Any general wear and tear on the strap or other parts of your watches, are not covered by the (xx) years/month manufactures warranty.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). We also accept payment by PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to process an order.

How do I use my promotion code?

When you go to your cart, there will be a “Coupon Code” box on the left side of the webpage. Type in the code and click "Apply Coupon". The "Cart Totals" will automatically apply this code to your purchases.
